Cave du Paradou

Founded in 1994, the Cave du Paradou cultivates a domain of approximately 5 hectares. The vineyard are mainly located in the municipality of Mont Noble, at the entrance to the Val D'Hérens. 

The production from a few plots located in the Rhône Valley complements the assortment with late-ripening grape varieties such as Cornalin, Petite Arvine, Marsanne, Humagne Rouge, and Syrah. 

Twenty-eight grape varieties are vinified separately, offering a wide palette, from dry and aromatic white wines to sweet wines from late harvets, including some reds aged in Bordeaux barrels. 

The Cave du Paradou also vinifies the Solaris and Divico grapes from the Ossona vineyards, which are available for purchase (while stocks last) at the Saint-Martin Tourisme office.
